Ayca La Flora
Located in Cerro Concepción, Valparaíso—a UNESCO World Heritage area—this charming property features 11 rooms and offers an intimate, welcoming experience surrounded by gardens, views of the port, and a serene atmosphere. Each room includes a private bathroom and breakfast, and is thoughtfully decorated to provide comfort and a deep connection with the surroundings.
In addition to its genuine hospitality, Ayca La Flora promotes a balance between urban living and nature. As part of its environmental commitment, it supports a reforestation project for the Chilean palm, an endangered species.
Our Home
Ayca La Flora was born from the union of a heritage house from 1945 and a contemporary annex built in 2020. The restoration honored both history and its surroundings: the original house preserves its essence, while the annex, with its industrial style, pays tribute to Valparaíso’s iconic funiculars, reflecting the city’s artistic and industrial spirit.
Both spaces come together to offer an experience with uniquely styled rooms, bright common areas, and a garden that bridges past and present. Anne and Alex, a German-Chilean couple, thoughtfully care for every detail—blending German aesthetics with Chilean warmth, a fusion that defines the soul of Ayca La Flora.
